Digital disruptors dominate 2011 ActionCOACH My Business awards

Category: Awards

The winners of the 2011 ActionCOACH My Business awards have been revealed.

“All but two of this year’s winners are technology businesses and that surely says a lot about where innovators are focusing their efforts,” said My Business Editor Simon Sharwood. “Collectively, all the entrants elated the My Business team. We know everyone has heard plenty of gloomy economic news this year, but the efforts detailed in the 200-plus entries we received this year speak eloquently about the talent and drive of the Australian business community. If the entries we received this year represent even a tiny fraction of the energy in Australian business, the future looks bright.”

For innovation, daring and articulating a plan to expand rapidly, Machines4u took out the two awards.

The SME Association of Australia Award for Best use of Technology

The Industry Jobs Board Award for Best Employer

E-Web marketing is a young online marketing company that has in a very short time grown considerable size and put in place a range of human resources initiatives that many far older businesses would struggle to match.
