In a new feature to My Business, Rock Out ‘Til You Clock Out brings you a weekly slice of awesome, inspired rock and roll to help you power through your working week. This week we feature The Hold Steady, most certainly one of the best rock and roll bands of the last decade.

Below is just one of many fine, fine rock and roll moments from The Hold Steady's five studio albums to date - Stuck Between Stations, the opener from their 2006 third album Boys And Girls In America. The story goes that The Hold Steady's frontman and lyricist Craig Finn felt like he was dying a slow death as an office worker and, realising that wasn't what he wanted to do with his life, quit and followed his passion - creating killer rock and roll. Doesn't that sound familiar to many SME business owners? We could prattle on forever about the virtues of this band, but we'll let the Brooklyn-based lads speak for themselves below - with both a studio and cracking live version from David Letterman of this awesome tune.

In a previous life, My Business Editor Justin Grey was a music journo, haunting the live music venues of Brisbane and Sydney. While he’s since swapped the rock pose for business clothes, he remains the nerdiest of music nerds in the Toro Media office.
