Long-serving My Business Sales columnist Phil Lee is hosting a series of sales training workshops in Sydney aimed at helping business owners boost their sales results.

As well as writing exclusive My Business columns on how SME business owners can boost their sales success, Sydney-based Phil Lee is the Founder of Sandler Training Australia and a Sales industry veteran.

Lee will be conducting four sales training workshops in Sydney in April and May at The Vibe Hotel in Sydney’s CBD. Two workshops will be two-day events, while two will run for half a day. Attendees will hear Lee’s proven strategies for dramatically improving sales results.

The two-day workshops will cover the fundamentals of the Sandler Training methodology, including:

  • How to avoid discounting to win business.
  • How to close more business, more quickly and with less effort.
  • How to build trust quickly with prospects.
  • How to get prospects to make decisions and avoid time wasting.
  • How to effectively differentiate your product or service from the competition

The two-day workshops run on April 21-22 and May 26-27.

The half-day Bootcamps will cover the key reasons why salespeople hate cold calling and some simple paradigm shifts that will get them picking up the phone and having engaging conversations. These workshops are scheduled for April 28 and May 20.
