Toyota Australia has told some of its Australian workers it can only offer them half their usual hours, thanks to supply chain disruptions caused by natural disasters in Japan. Workers will be paid 75 per cent of their salaries. Is this fair?

Let's debate this here at My Business: what would you offer workers if you had to cut back their hours? And are Toyota's actions fair?
