Australia’s 10 most valuable brands named

Business Insider has published its 2015 list of the 10 most valuable and powerful brands in Australia, with Woolworths holding onto the top spot.

Business Insider has published its 2015 list of the 10 most valuable and powerful brands in Australia, with Woolworths holding onto the top spot. 

Business Insider named Woolies Australia’s most valuable brand despite a 10 per cent fall in value to $11 billion. Close behind in second place is Telstra, whose brand value grew by 14 per cent to $9.6 billion.

Business Insider’s list was dominated by supermarkets, banks, mining companies and telcos. Here’s the full list – with each companies’ 2014 ranking in brackets:
