Today a selection of Australia’s most successful business leaders have joined a new mentoring, business advisory and support service called ‘The Boardroom’, for existing and aspiring CEO’s, business owners and senior executives.

The Boardroom brings together high-profile chairmen with carefully selected members to stimulate thinking, guide discussions of members, provide feedback and strategically address problem solving for their business.

Groups of up to 12 members meet monthly at a luxury hotel’s boardroom and are mentored by highly successful leaders, entrepreneurs and start-up successes, including Ed St John, Harry Hodge, Dorry Kordahi, Michael Lee, Allan Morton, Ralph Anania, Justus Hammer and Con Georgiou.

The two entrepreneurs behind The Boardroom are a former Chairman of the CEO Institute, Mr Martin Martinez, and seasoned corporate executive, Mr Ross McCreath, both of whom have extensive experience in start-up companies and mentoring businesses. Mr Martinez has launched over 10 companies in his career, including the high successful Australian Poker League in 2005 and most recently a luxury travel concierge service, Concierg.com.

Mr Martinez said, “Almost every one of the world’s top business people have benefited from having mentors and receiving advice from their peers, as many of the issues that have confronted them can not be aired at the workplace”, he added.

The Boardroom’s careful membership selection criteria only allows founders, owners, active majority stakeholders or senior executives to join. Members are expertly matched to a suitable group based on their needs and objectives in order to maximise performance improvement and achieve positive outcomes.
