Long-serving Canadian smartphone developer BlackBerry has given smartphone users incentive to upgrade to a BlackBerry device with a new Trade In Programme for anyone upgrading to the 4G-enabled BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.

Running until the end of August, with the chance of being further extended, customers can receive a minimum of $100 and up to a total of $350 credit, when they trade in their old mobile phone, whether it is a BlackBerry or another device, for a new 4G-enabled BlackBerry Z10.

Customers who buy a 4G-enabled BlackBerry Z10 from qualified retailers in Australia by August 31 will be eligible to trade in their old mobile phone for a guaranteed $100. On top of this, customers will be given up to a total of $350 with the trade in of their previous device, depending on its age and condition. Participating retailers include Telstra, Optus, Harvey Norman, JB HI-FI and Fonezone (online or in store).

The Trade In Programme is available to both individual customers as well as SME businesses with fleets of up to 200 devices. To view the terms and conditions, visit this BlackBerry website now.
