We offer this service free of charge to businesses in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia, under an Australian Government contract.
Our consultants can visit your workplace and work with you to identify what type of apprenticeship or traineeship would fit into your business. They’ll do a skills assessment to identify the training opportunities within your business and match them to an apprenticeship category or categories.
When you know you could be spending up to four years with your apprentice, finding a stand-out candidate, who is a good match, becomes an important goal. Our consultants can guide you through the process of hiring an apprentice directly or hiring through a Group Training Organisation (GTO).
In many cases, employers don’t have to carry all the expense of employing and training an apprentice or trainee. Government funding is available to eligible employers to cover some of the costs, through the Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Program and other schemes. Our team can help you navigate the complexity of the process and paperwork required when managing your new staff member.
Once your apprentice or trainee is on-board, we will provide tools and resources to assist you with onboarding, motivating and managing your new team member.
