Community Support

Our personalised support services are available to people with disabilities, the elderly, respite for family members, or those returning home from hospital. Our Support Stars and Registered Nurses can help with:

• High care support – a range of qualified Registered Nurses for high needs patients
• Assistance with daily living – bathing, dressing, meal support and more
• Community engagement – supporting with visits into the community
• Meal preparation – cooking and nutritious meal preparation
• Grocery shopping – assisted visits to the local shops or delivering groceries
• Companionship – supporting with a friendly ear and offering company
• Domestic support – cleaning, vacuuming, housekeeping and more
• Respite support - supporting families who need a break
• Travel and transport – enabling social interaction, event attendance and travel

At Alliance Community we support our clients to live the life they want and they are at the heart of everything we do.

Our services are catered to our clients individual needs, ensuring they can live in their home for as long as possible and stay connected to the community.

We are a registered provider of the following programs:

• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
• Veterans Home Care Program
• iCare (NSW only)
• Commonwealth Home Support Programme (NSW only)
• Home Care Package (NSW only)

We are also able to provide private services and service through insurance providers.

Our team are healthcare experts with a long history in clinical roles, having worked in frontline care throughout their careers.
