Greg Griffith is the CEO of Family Business Australia (FBA). FBA is the peak body for family business in Australia, a sector which accounts for almost half a million businesses and fifty percent of the Australian workforce. As an independent member-based organisation, FBA delivers professional pathways for family and non-family members through governance education, events and peer to peer forum groups to further influence and grow their business.
Greg has a breadth of business expertise, a clear understanding of family businesses and experience with federated organisations like FBA. In his previous role as CEO of Dairy Farmers Milk Co-operative, which he held for 8 years, Greg successfully developed and implemented the strategic vision of the business, whilst managing a broad range of key stakeholders. Prior to that, Greg held positions of Deputy Chairman of the Australian National Drag Racing Association, CEO of Destination Melbourne Limited, and senior roles with Victorian Farmers Federation. A Melbournian, Greg was also General Manager of Melbourne Football Club in the early 2000’s.
