Yes, you need to be a member of My Business to access your LGNSW Workplace subscription. If you are not already a member of My Business, you can join for free here.

After signing up for Workplace Professional you will be sent a series of emails from My Business Workplace that will step you through logging in to your account and how to use the platform.
To access your Workplace Professional platform, simply log in here with your login details. You need to be a member of My Business to access your Workplace Professional subscription. If you are not already a member of My Business, you can join here for free.
Then click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “My account”. Click on “My products and services” tab.
If you need to reset your password or are having trouble logging-in, please email us with your enquiry.
Once you have access to Workplace Professional, you will be sent a series of emails from Workplace Professional that will step you through logging in to your account and how to use the platform.
