If your business details are not being accepted on the registration form, please make sure you have checked the following. See our Step-by-step Guide for hints.
- You are entering your details correctly.
- Your Entity Name and your ABN match and have been entered correctly as they appear on the ABN register. To find your correct Entity Name you need to click on your ABN.
- You have filled in all the required fields correctly.
- You are joining My Business with a new email address that has not yet been registered before.
- You are creating a password that follows all the password requirements.
- The new password you have created matches the one you entered in the confirm password field.
