How to register

Registering is simple! It takes just a few minutes. If you do need assistance, please send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

It's simple and free to register your membership with My Business. Check out our Step-by-step Guide.

  • Your 6 digit My Business verification code will be sent to the email that you entered when registering for membership. 
  • Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk mail if you cannot find it.
  • The email with your code should arrive instantly. However if you have still not received it after 30 minutes, start the process again by clicking Join for Free.
  • If you still cannot find your 6 digit verification code email, please send us a message.

If your 6 digit verification code is not working, be sure to check the following:

  • You are entering it in time (it expires within 30 minutes of being sent). If it has expired, start the Join for Free process again.
  • You are entering it with no spaces and/or symbols.
  • You are entering the code that was sent to the same email you registered with. 
  • You are entering it exactly as it appears (check that it hasn't changed as you scroll through different fields on desktop). 

If your business details are not being accepted on the registration form, please make sure you have checked the following. See our Step-by-step Guide for hints.

  • You are entering your details correctly. 
  • Your Entity Name and your ABN match and have been entered correctly as they appear on the ABN register. To find your correct Entity Name you need to click on your ABN. 
  • You have filled in all the required fields correctly.
  • You are joining My Business with a new email address that has not yet been registered before. 
  • You are creating a password that follows all the password requirements. 
  • The new password you have created matches the one you entered in the confirm password field.
