Need a hand accessing your account? Follow our handy hints below.

  • Simply click on the "Log in" button on the top right of your browser (on desktop) or at the bottom of the menu on mobile.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click the SIGN IN button.

If you've forgotten your log in email, simply send us a message explaining your issue and we'll come back to you as soon as possible on next steps.

Reset your password by following the Forgot your Password link on the log in page.

  • Enter your My Business membership email address and click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
  • You will receive an email sent to the My Business email address that you entered to reset your password. In this email you will receive a verification code.
  • Enter your verification code on the reset password page into the Verification Code box.
  • Click VERIFY CODE button.
  • You will be prompted to create a new password and confirm the new password. Enter your details and click CONTINUE to log back into the site.

  • An authorised representative of an organisation can register their business as a member. Each registered 'user' on the membership account just needs to use a unique email address
  • There will be central information within your member account (your ABN and physical address) but each user can have individual information (Name, Email Address, Phone number)
  • To protect individual privacy, you will not be able to access/see the individual information of other users registered against your membership. However, you will be able to see some relevant shared information such as which Modern Awards are subscribed to by your business from the Award Wage Service.
