Here’s another reason to nominate your business for the Optus My Business Awards 2016: even if you don’t win on the night, all finalists will receive a great prize thanks to a major new sponsor!
Aquire, Qantas' business rewards program, has joined forces with the Optus My Business Awards to offer every finalist 10,000 Aquire points.
According to Lesley Grant, Qantas Loyalty CEO, Aquire points can be converted to Qantas Points at a rate of 1:1, and can be used for a range of rewards.
For example, 8,000 points would more than cover a one-way Classic Flight Reward from Sydney to Melbourne.
“SMEs are the lifeblood of the Australian economy and they’re a huge part of our frequent flyer member base,” Ms Grant said.
“We set up Aquire to make sure we had a dedicated program that rewards SMEs for their loyalty, and sponsoring the My Business Awards is another way for us to recognise their achievements and celebrate the contribution they make.”
It’s not too late to put your business in the running for this prize, as well as a prestigious award. But with submissions closing this Friday, 16 September, time is running out! Finalists will be announced in early October.
The Optus My Business Awards is Australia’s longest-standing business awards program, recognising the achievements of Australia’s best SMEs and their operators.
Winners will be announced at a glitzy awards dinner on 18 November 2016 at Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney. The gala dinner and major networking event for SME owners and employees Australia-wide will be hosted by popular comedian Vince Sorrenti.
