With the Carbon Tax now in play, the NSW Business Chamber has launched a new campaign for business owners to catalogue and share their experiences of the impact of the tax on their businesses.

The ‘Share Your Carbon Tax Story’ campaign is an online portal for business owners to post their stories about the impact of the Carbon Tax on their business, which will contribute to the debate about the debate about the actual effect of the Carbon Tax on jobs and the economy.carbon-taxLG

Stephen Cartwright, CEO of the NSW Business Chamber, says it’s up to business people to provide real world examples of the impact of the carbon tax on the economy.

“I encourage every business operator to keep a record of the impact of the Carbon Tax on your business, including increases in your electricity bills, rises in the goods and services you need to run your business and even what your customers are telling you, and then share those stories with us through our campaign,” Stephen Cartwright, CEO of the NSW Business Chamber, said.
