After a year in the making, Sydney-based work-life and diversity solutions provider SeventeenHundred has launched a new, holistic and inclusive portal that aims to offer work-life and diversity support for employers and employees.
After gaining insight from researching the needs of people within organisations and the associated work-life challenges, SeventeenHundred launched The Work and Life Hub to better enable organisations to support their employees at all life stages.
The Work and Life Hub is an interactive online portal containing articles, advice, tools, and services. Key areas of interest include those with caring responsibilities, parents and parents to be, in transition stages, seniors, health and wellbeing, flexibility, and disability. In addition to the user portal, The Work and Life Hub has a human resource interface – the HR Hub, consisting of reporting, communication, feedback and strategy and objectives.
SeventeenHundred Product Director Fiona Hitchiner said The Work and Life Hub ‘s reporting function that will transform engagement strategies.
“With access to real-time people insights, live data usage and metrics, human resource departments will always be in touch with what's going on in the lives of their employees, key for a number of human resource strategies.
“Our vision is to create workplaces where individuals feel supported, enriched and can be their whole self. We recognise that people are not just one-dimensional; they are multi-faceted and diversity and inclusion go beyond the hiring. People need to feel a sense of belonging, respect, and to be valued for who they are. There is a level of support and commitment required to enable them to be at their best.”
