Digital services business Okta, in its third annual Business @ Work Study, investigated the tools modern Australian businesses are using to deliver much-needed efficiencies in their everyday workflows.

Here are the 10 most popular apps for business owners at the start of 2017:

According to Okta, it’s MailChimp – an email marketing service that saw 200 per cent growth in the six months to 1 November, 2016.
