This document can be used by all employers.


This document allows you to create a letter acknowledging receipt of an employee’s resignation and confirming his/her final date of employment. The letter will assist with record-keeping obligations under the Fair Work Act. Keeping such accurate and comprehensive records will also assist in the event any legal claims are brought after the employee has ceased employment with your Company.
