In most jurisdictions there is a requirement to provide suitable duties to injured workers.

When a worker returns to work on restricted duties the Rehabilitation Provider/Coordinator will develop a plan. The Return to Work Plan should take into consideration the medical restrictions, suitable duties, hours worked, supervision arrangements and treatment times and dates.
