This correspondence can be used by all employers.
Commentary
This letter can be used when an employer has decided during the remuneration review process not to increase an employee’s remuneration, in circumstances where there are no specific concerns in relation to the employee’s performance. If there are performance issues, you will need to amend the letter.
In addition, the letter also provides Workplace users with the ability to indicate when the employee's remuneration will next be reviewed, as well as provide the ability to insert additional reasons as to why the employee's remuneration will stay the same.
