WHAT DO I GET WITH MY PAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR AMP WORKPLACE?
Your access to AMP Workplace is a complete online HR and document creation portal. You will have access to:

HOW CAN I ACCESS/LOG INTO MY WORKPLACE DASHBOARD?
After signing up for AMP Workplace you will be sent a series of emails from AMP Workplace that will step you through logging in to your account and how to use the platform.
To access your AMP Workplace platform, simply log in here with your login details. You need to be a member of My Business to access your AMP Workplace subscription. If you are not already a member of My Business, you can join here for free.

HOW DO MY EMPLOYEES GET ACCESS TO THE AMP WORKPLACE PLATFORM?
When you add employees to AMP Workplace, they will be sent an email from My Business with a link to reset their password and to set up their profile in the AMP Workplace platform.
HOW DO MY EMPLOYESS RESET THEIR PASSWORD FOR AMP WORKPLACE IF THEY HAVE MISPLACED THE PASSWORD RESET EMAIL FROM MY BUSINESS?

HOW DO I ADD ANOTHER ADMIN USER TO CREATE DOCUMENTS IN AMP WORKPLACE
Please email our Online Support team at onlinesupport@mybusiness.com.au with the first name, last name and email address of the employee you wish to add to your account to grant administrator access.
CAN YOU UPLOAD EMPLOYEE PHOTOS TO AMP WORKPLACE?
Employee photos can be saved as a file in the employee profile in AMP Workplace, but it will not show the image in the employee profile.
