WHAT DO I GET WITH MY PAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR LGNSW WORKPLACE?
Your access to LGNSW Workplace is a complete online HR and document creation portal. You will have access to:
- A secure online portal to assist with gathering employee details, getting contracts and policies signed and storage of important documents.
- A template library with a range of documents and tools: contracts, policies, letters, checklists and so much more.
- Workplace Advice Line calls to talk to a HR specialist for tailored advice relating to your business and your people.

Yes, you need to be a member of My Business to access your LGNSW Workplace subscription. If you are not already a member of My Business, you can join for free here.

HOW CAN I ACCESS/LOG INTO MY WORKPLACE DASHBOARD?
After signing up for LGNSW Workplace you will be sent a series of emails from LGNSW Workplace that will step you through logging in to your account and how to use the platform.
To access your LGNSW Workplace platform, simply log in here with your login details. You need to be a member of My Business to access your LGNSW Workplace subscription. If you are not already a member of My Business, you can join here for free.
Then click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “My account”. Click on “My products and services” tab.
If you need to reset your password or are having trouble logging-in, please email us with your enquiry.
I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE LGNSW WORKPLACE, ARE THERE RESOURCES TO HELP ME?
